2 Scope and sources of data

We process data, i.e. data provided in forms (e.g. inquiry, contact, recruitment): name, email, phone, company name, TIN, content of inquiry/attachments;
contract and billing data (in the course of B2B cooperation): representatives’ data, addresses, TIN, payment data, order history;
technical and statistical data from cookies/similar technologies: IP address (generally anonymized), device identifiers, pages visited, source of traffic, site events;
recruitment data: CV, cover letter, contact information, career history (if you send an application).

4 Recipients of data (categories)

We provide the data:

  • providers of hosting, mail and cloud, IT tools and security;
  • Providers of analytical and marketing solutions (e.g. Google – GA4, Tag Manager), only after consenting to cookies;
  • entities providing accounting, legal, courier/transportation, insurance services;
  • to public authorities – when required by law.
    We have entrustment agreements with processors.

5 Transmission outside the EEA

Some tools (e.g. Google) may result in the transfer of data outside the EEA. We provide legal transfer mechanisms (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses – SCCs).

6. your rights

You have the right to: access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to processing (including profiling), withdrawal of consent (without affecting the legality before withdrawal). You may file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).

7. is it mandatory to provide data?

Voluntary, but necessary for: responding to an inquiry, concluding/executing a contract, billing, participating in recruitment, receiving a newsletter (if you sign up). Lack of data may prevent these purposes.

8. automated decisions

We do not make solely automated decisions towards you that have legal effects. We conduct basic analytics and (with consent) personalization/remarketing.

9 Security

We use organizational and technical measures to ensure data security (HTTPS, access control, backups, password policies, entrustment agreements, configuration audits).


10. cookies and similar technologies

  1. Cookies are files stored on your device by our service. We also use similar technologies (local storage, tags).
  2. Cookies can be: essential, analytical/statistical, marketing.
  3. We use Consent Mode v2 and consent banner – you can manage preferences. Lack of consent limits analytics/marketing.
  4. The lifetime of cookies depends on the category and browser settings.

10.1. Categories of cookies

  • Necessary – operation of the service (session, privacy settings, forms, protection against abuse).
  • Analytical – statistics and diagnostics (e.g., Google Analytics 4, with IP anonymization/limited modes).
  • Marketing – matching content and measuring campaign effectiveness (remarketing, ad pixels).

10.2. Consent management

  • We display a consent banner on your first visit. You can accept/reject the categories or change them later in “Privacy Settings”
  • You can also delete/restrict cookies in your browser settings (this may limit the functionality of the site).

11. analytical and marketing tools

Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd./Google LLC) – statistics, error diagnostics and convenience improvements. GA4 processes data on interactions, device type, approximate location (based on IP – usually anonymized) and events. Tools run according to expressed consents (Consent Mode v2).


12. forms and contact

  • Contact form/quotation request – we process the data you provide to respond and prepare a quotation.
  • Recruitment – if you send an application, we process data required by law and additional data based on consent; for future recruitment, we will explicitly ask for consent.
  • Newsletter (if available) – requires consent; each message has an unsubscribe link.

13. social media and embedded content

Plug-ins/settings (e.g. maps, videos) may use their own cookies – they run according to your permission.
Our profiles (e.g., Facebook/LinkedIn) operate in accordance with the terms and conditions of these platforms; in terms of statistics, there may be co-administration rules (Page Insights).


14. server logs

Use of the site results in logs (IP address, timestamp, browser information, URL). The logs are used for technical, security and statistical purposes – Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA.


15. changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to update the Policy in case of changes in the law or the operation of the service. We will inform you about significant changes on the site. The current version is always available on this page.
