Transport Poland – Italy costs 1800-2600 EUR for a 13.6m tarpaulin trailer. Northern Italy (Milan, Turin, Venice): 1800-2100 EUR, Central Italy (Rome, Florence): 2000-2300 EUR, Southern Italy (Naples, Bari): 2200-2600 EUR. Price depends on exact location, weight (up to 24t) and delivery date.

What is a CMR and why is it needed in transportation?
The CMR is an international consignment note mandatory for the transportation of goods by road in Europe. The document confirms the conclusion of the contract of carriage, acceptance of the goods and defines the carrier’s liability. The CMR is issued in 3 copies: for the shipper, the carrier and the consignee. It contains data: shipper, consignee, goods, number of pallets, weight, conditions of carriage. Antrans Bis prepares a set of CMR documentation for each international transport.

Required: CMR (3 copies), commercial invoice/proforma, packing letter. For EU countries: VAT-EU document. Specialized: automotive certificates (PPAP, IMDS), food (HACCP), textiles (composition declarations). Antrans Bis prepares: complete CMR, customs assistance, INTRASTAT declarations, cargo insurance. The client provides: invoices, goods descriptions, CN codes. Time for preparation of documentation: 2-4h before loading.

We have orders and routes throughout Europe, Poland – Germany, Poland – Austria, Poland – Italy, mileage 12 000 – 15 000 km / month. We require a set of tractor, semi-trailer tarpaulin 13.6m, Euro 5+ Payment: 30 days, rate from 0.95 EUR/km depending on the route. Forwarder support 24/7, VAT-EU assistance, highway cards.

What is the difference between FTL and LTL transportation?
FTL (Full Truck Load) is full truckload transportation – you rent the entire 13.6m trailer (33 euro pallets or 24t). Fixed price regardless of fill. LTL (Less Than Truck Load) is less-than-truckload transportation – you pay for the actual number of pallets/ linear meters, sharing space with others. Antrans Bis specializes in FTL on PL-IT-DE-AT routes, which ensures faster delivery (no transshipments) and greater safety of goods.

We service: Household appliances, furniture, automotive, electronics, FMCG, building materials, textiles, machinery. 13.6m standard trailer: 33 euro pallets or 24t cargo. We do not transport: ADR (hazardous materials), frozen food requiring -20°C, oversized cargo >2.7m high. Each transport: CMR, cargo insurance up to EUR 100,000, customs documentation.
What is cargo insurance and is it mandatory?
What is cargo insurance and is it mandatory?
Cargo insurance protects goods against damage, theft or loss during transport up to a value of €100,000. It is not mandatory by law, but Antrans Bis provides it as standard for all international transport. The insurance covers mechanical damage, theft of the vehicle with cargo, road accidents, damage during loading/unloading. The cost is included in the price of transportation. In case of damage: protocol, photos, notification up to 7 days.

What if the goods are damaged in transit?
Immediately draw up a damage report with the driver and consignee at unloading. Procedure: take photos of the damaged goods and packaging, describe the damage in the CMR before signing, report to Antrans Bis within 7 days (email + phone), fill out the damage form. Do not throw away the damaged goods until the damage has been dealt with. Cargo insurance pays compensation of up to €100,000 within 14 to 30 days of notification after verification of documentation.
How does customs clearance work in international transport?
How does customs clearance work in international transport?
There is no customs clearance in EU countries – there is free movement of goods. Only INTRASTAT declaration required for transactions >EUR 10,000 per month. Transport outside the EU requires clearance on export/import declaration, invoice, packing list, CN codes, certificates of origin. Antrans Bis does not have its own customs agency, but works with customs partners at the borders.
